By entering an area where DevelopX Creative Group or its subsidiaries are operating a photography and/or filming contract you are hereby granting DevelopX Creative Group and their representatives, successors, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and public photographs and films of me taken at the event, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, trade, or any commercial or artistic use, in any medium now known or later developed.
I hereby acknowledge that DevelopX Creative Group owns the copyright in these photographs and films and I hereby waive any claims I may have based on any usage of the photographs or works derived therefrom, including but not limited to any claims of invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation.
